Drawing groups come and go, and schedules change, so it is wise

in various forms and positions. Working from the nude model, explore
proportion, anatomy, perspective, foreshortening, analysis of form,
and planer structures of the figure. Create drawings with particular
attention to line and value.

Studio Workshops. You must call to pre-register as there is limited
space. A minimum of 4 students is required. Drawing the Human Figure
meets every 1st & 3rd Wednesdays 7-9 pm. $10 fee. Pay as you
go. Bring all of your own supplies. A nude model will be available
from which to work. The portrait studio is every Friday 10 am to
1 pm.

Open Draw with Shannon Casey - There’s no substitute for drawing
from life. Build on your existing skills or draw the figure for
the first time in an open drawing session! Class meets Saturdays
from 2-5pm, check the website to see this month’s date. Portrait
artist Shannon Casey will facilitate and offer basic instruction
as desired. Students will practice quick gesture drawings as well
as longer poses from the clothed model. $10. Bring your favorite
drawing materials or use the instructor’s materials for an
additional $5. Pre-registration is required. For teens under 18,
a parental consent/medical form must be on file.
