Drawing from Life. This class focuses on the fundamental principles
of drawing using media such as charcoal and pencil. Drawings will
be based on in-class observations. The class also provides an overview
of the drawing process as a form of visual thinking in relation
to rendering. Students will draw from direct observation and create
still life, perspective, and portrait/figure drawings.

& colleges: $10. This open studio is an opportunity to draw
or paint from a nude model. Participants may work in any medium

Using pencil and charcoal on paper, draw from a live model focusing
on several aspects throughout the course, including movement, form,
weight, and shape. Cost includes teaching fee, model fee and art

Sessions are intended for professional and amateur artists, and
university students. Held Monday & Wednesday evenings from 7-10
p.m., a minimal charge of $2 per hour covers the cost of the model.
